So i was down to 86 last Monday. Seems to be working keeping a proper food/exercise/emotion diary (on paper) - who would have guessed
I think there's 3 components to my over eating:
1) Mel thinks I'm not eating enough at my meals so then I get hungry. I do notice when I am HUNGRY!!! I tend to go overboard when I eat something and realise how hungry I actually am.
2) Chocolate addiction. I really really think it's addiction with chocolate. If I have one, I have extreme difficulty controlling myself from having more. Only way I can get around it is to reduce my access to it. Work vending machines and fundraiser chocs do not help
3) Emotional eating. That's a killer. And the hardest to work on.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
