OMG! The forum's back!
Well, where to start? Since I was last on I have had a meeting with my booty instructor about eating and stuff and she made me cry (but in a good/useful way, not in a mean biatch way) and face up to some shite. So long story short I'm recording a food and mood diary for her and seeing her every week and reporting my weight to her. As of last week I had lost almost 2kg, so something worked that week! Currently 87.2kg

Hope everyone else is going well and will reappear.

Love to you all.

So i was down to 86 last Monday. Seems to be working keeping a proper food/exercise/emotion diary (on paper) - who would have guessed

I think there's 3 components to my over eating:

1) Mel thinks I'm not eating enough at my meals so then I get hungry. I do notice when I am HUNGRY!!! I tend to go overboard when I eat something and realise how hungry I actually am.
2) Chocolate addiction. I really really think it's addiction with chocolate. If I have one, I have extreme difficulty controlling myself from having more. Only way I can get around it is to reduce my access to it. Work vending machines and fundraiser chocs do not help
3) Emotional eating. That's a killer. And the hardest to work on.
