Ultra Marathon - I'd love to be in a condition to run in one of those. :D I'd settle for a marathon, or even a half marathon .... but an ultra marathon ... wow!
Enjoy yourself, and perhaps get some inspiration from watching those superheroes

LOL, I didn't do the whole thing myself, I was in a team, so we each ran a section. I ended up doing 8km of it. Was a good day.

Weigh in today was a kg heavier, but that's no surprise given the naughties that have been in the house this week.

I am considering the Cadbury Half Marathon in Jan though... have a friend trying to talk me out of it telling me I'll break bits of myself. That argument does have some merit, it's not like I train for these things.... Dunno.... I reckon I'd walk a lot of it, but I'd get there. What do you guys reckon? 22km? I've not done anything that far before, 10km run is as far as I've done, but I've done 3-4-5hr bushwalks plenty of times

Ok, so, time to start the food and exercise diary again.... hate being so busy, it's hard to get on here

Monday
bowl muesli and apple
ride to uni
1/2 banana (the other half was smooshy  ) and a small pk (40g) fruit and nuts
leftover chinese takeaway - yuk, but it was a quick grab from the fridge
then things went to censored - 10 choc coated raspberries, 1 tomato and fetta muffin, 1 peach
ride home
7 shortbread biscuits, 2 rum balls, 8 pieces White Christmas (all this will go away on Wednesday when I'm bringing all the leftovers to Uni morning tea)
chicken stir fry

Well done! I find keeping a food diary for a while helps me to get back on track too. Congrats on beating the cravings :)

OMG... way to prove how unreliable I am

So this week has officially been a disaster. WAYYYYYY too many Christmas nibbles and then to top it off I ate a full family block of chocolate last night.

BAD TEGAN!!! NAUGHTY TEGAN!!!

On the up side, now there's no chocolate in the house

So I'm currently on the exercise bike. Boxing tomoz. If I can get back in the habit of writing food and exercise diaries it would be good. If anyone wants to e-mail or text me if I haven't updated, PM me!

You can add on last night a couple mouthfuls of icecream

Today
cereal
5km run/walk with the dog (I could have run heaps more, was having one of those "I could run forever" days, but the dog was not having one of those days, he was having one of those "I can be an anchor for the whole trip" days)
2 english fruit muffins, 2 slices toast
salad
1cup fruit (rockmelon mango banana) with yoghurt and a sprinkle of muesli. Pk nuts
dinner will be.... beans I reckon
Then at 7 I'm filling in for a touch football game - never played before so this should be interesting!
