I am very new to this. I decided to join up as it might keep me motivated to lose weight and stay away from chocolate.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Hi! I am also a new member of this forum. And as you have included chocolate even in your forum name, then I guess you like it really much! I can just add, that lately it started to happen that I eat chocolate every day ... I chose the dark one, because there are less cabrs and then I do allow for myself to eat it ... I am not sure maybe I should stop doing this, because in longer term it must have not so good consequences I mean particularly on my weight ... So, good luck to you and maybe I will also find a motivation in this forum to be able to say "no" to chocolate!
