So 5 days after hitting my goal I gained 2.1 Kg :lol: :oops: :cry: :evil: :roll:

So that taught me something...I am not ready yet to let go of the weightloss mentailty as much as I am desperately OVER IT!!!

While I changed my goal from 60 Kg to 65.5 Kg I think that was a mistake...that wasn't just for vanity it was my buffer...I want to a buffer, I want to truly not care if I gain a couple of Kg rather then being OVERWEIGHT AGAIN!!!

Anyway...moving forward this is what I am doing...

I am setting my goal at 60Kg again with some mini goals along the way and a massive disclaimer!!!

The disclaimer, my goal is not to lose weight, I will not be weighing daily as I use to or even weekly, well maybe just out of interest...my main focus will be my muscle gain and my body fat % getting lower and cm's going down...if I am doing those things but I am gaining weight or just staying the same I will still be happy...

I guess I need that goal to be there to stop me from gaining...this is an issue...but it is an issue I dont want to face right now...

On to my goals min weight loss goals...

To get to 65.5 Kg again
To get to 63.0 Kg
To get to 60.0 Kg

If I have not gotten down to 60.0 my the end of my fitness 12 week challenge that ends on the 7th of Feb next year I will think about boot camping myself just to get over it...as from the 1 st of Feb it will have been 12 months that I have been trying to lose weight!

My major focus is toning now and lefting mummy tummy...scales be gone...except when I need you to police what I put in my mouth :lol:

I feel a little lost at the moment but hopeful that I can pull myself together...

If your aim is to buff it up, you may find that you don't get to 60kg anyway because you have more muscle tone. I know what you mean about not wanting to let yourself give up on a goal, been there, but it might be better to start some other measures, like tape measurements of relevant body bits and like you said, body fat and muscle percentages.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
