Ashlees journey to become a size 10

Postby ash5462 » Tue Oct 12, 2010 12:16 am

Hi all :)

This is my first "journal entry". I am new to this forum. My name is Ashlee and I currently weigh 93 kgs  I am 21 years old and have put on most of my extra weight in the last 3 years, since I have left school. I would love to reach 60 kilos but I will be happy to weigh 65 kgs again.

My plan is to exercise 5 times a week and eat as healthily as I can. I hope to reach my goal by mid 2011.

Today I ate:

Breakfast: 2 English Muffins with butter and vegemite
Morning tea: Light Berry Yogurt
Lunch: Easy Mac  and another yogurt
Dinner: Chicken schnitzel with mash potato and beans and corn.

No exercise today.

Hopefully tomorrow is a better day, I'm recovering from tonsilitis so I'm hoping I will feel better soon!

Lots of carbs there Ash. Head to, enter what food you're eating and it will show you many interesting and helpful ways to alter your diet.

Gordz is on to something there ash, though I'm guessing you were eating stuff that was easy to chew and swallow if you've had tonsillitis?
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
