This is my first "journal entry". I am new to this forum. My name is Ashlee and I currently weigh 93 kgs
I am 21 years old and have put on most of my extra weight in the last 3 years, since I have left school. I would love to reach 60 kilos but I will be happy to weigh 65 kgs again.
My plan is to exercise 5 times a week and eat as healthily as I can. I hope to reach my goal by mid 2011.
Today I ate:
Breakfast: 2 English Muffins with butter and vegemite
Morning tea: Light Berry Yogurt
Lunch: Easy Mac
and another yogurt
Dinner: Chicken schnitzel with mash potato and beans and corn.
No exercise today.
Hopefully tomorrow is a better day, I'm recovering from tonsilitis so I'm hoping I will feel better soon!
