well today i walked from my school to my sisters primary school to get picked up by my dad, the walk was about 45 minutes
up hill in 25 degrees i would say, then i came home had a rest had my lunch and began doing push ups and bicep curlls
i did around 200 push ups and 50 bicep curls of 6 kg dumb bells then went out side for a skip. roughly skipped for 10 minutes or less and only skipped about 200 times. hopefully i could lose the most weight in the 6 weeks before i go beach with my mates..
step by step and you will get there... eventually....
