Many times I have tried to loose weight. I usually am successfully for the first few weeks then I loose interest and gain all the weight back on! I recently went on holidays and have struggled to loose my holiday weight.
On Wednesday it hit me how disappointed I am with my body. I can no longer fit into my favourite clothes and it is a struggle for me at the moment to even put a pair of jeans on. I refuse to just buy new clothes to fit the unwanted "new" me! If I need to buy new clothes, I want to buy clothes for a slimmer, happier me.
On Wednesday I weighed in at 70.8kg - my heaviest ever. My goal weight is 62kg. I do think this will be a challenge as I have been high 60'skg for many years, but I think/know I can do it.
I have an exercise of goal of doing 30mins a day for 5 days a week. I have just ordered some weights off ebay to do some pump work at home. Bodypump is my favourite, and I found that it was one of the best exercises for me the last time I lost weight.
I will also aim to eat healthy (as much as possible without depriving myself).
I will endeavor to post my progress every Wednesday. Hopefully this will keep me motivated.
