15:45 - one tablespoon skinny cow choc mint ice cream (never again - it was disgusting!)
20:30 - garlic bread, grilled zucchini, capsicum, tomato, mushroom, eggplant and onion, fettucine with creamy pesto

17:30 - 0.57km walk (it started to hail, so I decided to go home)
19:30 - fish curry with basmati rice (my first attempt at making it and it turned out quite nice)

17:30 - 12.21km walk
20:00 - satay chicken with fried rice

Wednesday 10/11/2010

21:00 - being in the Metallica mosh pit for 2 hours :) :) :)

Wow your weight loss is so consistent! Mine is up and down and all over the place! I'll lose half a kilo, put on a kilo, lose two kgs etc etc all in one week.
Well done, you're doing amazing.
To wish you were someone else is to waste the person you are

My weight will start going up and down soon. I think it's been pure luck so far (and maybe due to me eating smaller portions compared to my normal big servings).
