This is my diary of what's going on.
Tomorrow is my weigh in day, so wish me luck
I've been good for a month now, no junk food, and trying to exercise at least 5 days a week.
I'm drinking loads of water each day too.
I'm striving to get myself into a good pattern.
I started on the 9th October at 88 kg's and I've lost 4 kg's so far. I'm pretty happy with that
I would ideally like to be 64 kg's, but am just taking it slowly and enjoying feeling good.
I don't need to have buns of steel or anything, just want to feel good about myself and stop being depressed about being fat.
Someone said this to me once... If you want something badly enough, you'll do what it takes to make it happen.
