Getting obsessed over any part of this is not healthy. Weighing (o any other measurement) is about healthy, reasonable monitoring to provide feedback about your progress. There's no point weighing every day if you're just going to panic about it.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

With your diet, start making some small changes. Don't bother changing everything at once, it won't last if you try that. Just make some substitutions. At the moment you're eating a relatively large amount of takeaways - try making your own at home so you can control what's in it and make some healthier options (e.g. lean mince and veg patties on a wholemeal bun with piles of salad, or a 'pizza' made on a pita bread base with stacks of veges and a light sprinkle of cheese). Even just start by cutting down the portions of the same food (I love food so I was always more inclined to change the food so I could eat more of the healthier option than less of the unhealthier option).

After a while of getting used to that, make another change... etc.
