
Was a semi good week - had several really good days, eating well and exercising. But had a few not great days also. Went out on Friday night (very rare for me these days!) and enjoyed myself - wanted to make the most of it - but with a semi hang over on Saturday I made some bad food choices, and it kind of spilled over to Sunday and Monday as well

Anyway, back in today. Going away in 4 weeks, and would like to lose another 2kg before I go. I just keep telling myself that while I'm on holidays I'll just have to maintain, so NOW is time to knuckle down. Trying to muster the motivation!
