Hi everyone! So I have done it! I joined my local gym today and went to my first ever class... (was So nervous before hand!!) its an all ladies gym and all the staff there are lovely. So this is going to be my little diary and I want to post at least once a week.
So my details at the moment are 177cm tall and weight about 99kg, (am going for my personal trainer session where they measure and weigh etc so will report back then)
My goal is to loose 3kg a month, so that is a total of 33kg by the end of the year. I think that is an achievable and healthy goal to aim for. The gym is also running a "kiss your butt goodbye" 10 week challenge that starts on the 7th of Feb so i think i might do that for extra motivation.
So I think I will leave it at that for a while and will report back soon.
