Sorry it has been so long since my last post I have been snowed under!! HOWEVER, I have been going to the gym at least 3 times a week and absolutely loving it! (I never thought i would say that!)
Everything is going really well and I am feeling much better! I have been following the program my instructor has set and its getting much easier and i have increased bits here and there. I don't know how much I have lost, I will wait until my next meeting with my instructor but I am feeling much healthier and stronger already!
