Thanks for sharing a little bit about yourself with us..

I would just like to add a little bit to your story, The Mr Supportive that Tina talks about, just so happens to be my partner. I cut Tina's lunch, and now she's my best friend. I didn't know her at the time and I didn't know how she felt and I was very sorry. Lucky for us thou we became very friends and I wouldn't change it for anything. And plus she thanks me everyday cause she does think she could put up with Mr Supportive's bullshit. Cause when she say's Mr Supportive she's being sarcastic....

I add this little bit beacuse it reminds me just how weird the world can be..
Expectations are only worth living up to if there your own!!!!!

wow its just like my favourite shows! mr supportive and mr dickhead and friends etc. it was a great read tina and i can defiantely notice the difference in the photos on your website too. keep going and you will reach your goals!

also, you will probably find that you will enjoy having a drink once you have limited it for a long time. only on special occasions and so on. you can be social without having a drink, have a squash or lemonade etc.

i found the same with food i can be social without having to eat. i have every faith in you and im enjoying seeing you on the forum! yay!!

Cheers Tina for sharing a piece of your life with us. That really was a great read and I will pop over and check out your website when I get a chance.

Totally relate to the gym thing. I was a big couch potato and couldn't figure out why anyone would want to exercise and GTTG get real...what for!! Yeah, you guessed it I now exercise most days and often this is done at the gym plus do weights. I am now a freak! :D
