Hayley's progress - updated photos

Postby Hayley » Wed Nov 01, 2006 1:40 pm

Hi guys,

I was trying to avoid doing this, as I'm still embarrassed to have my picture taken and posted on here, but I'm trying to overcome that feeling and have decided to be brave and update my pics.

The first 2 are just before I started Tony Ferguson, at 93kg. I was in tight size 18 clothing.
ImageImage

The next 2 pics were taken after I'd lost 12.2kg - in size 16 jeans which were just becoming a bit big. I could definitely notice the difference in my face but it is harder to notice the body changes, as I was sitting down in a big black jacket in my before pics and it hid it quite well.
ImageImage

The next 10 photos were taken today, after losing 16.2kg. I can't see a difference in my face but I think I can see a little difference in my arms and my hips. The jeans I'm wearing today in these photos are a size 14. It's the same top as the previous pics, but I accidently shrunk it a bit in the clothes dryer - hee hee.

I won't post any more pics until I'm at goal, which is 8.8kg away.

hee hee hee, thanks Kate.....but trust me, you don't want a body like mine. I have huge stretch marks everywhere since having Connor, I have and always will have large thick ankles, so I cover them up with long pants all the time, I have heaps of spider veins on my legs and a jelly belly from having Connor, which sadly will never ever go away I don't think.......don't get me wrong, I love Connor and would never change a thing about having him, but I just wish you could have a baby and keep your flat tight tummy afterwards!!!

My height is an advantage but there are plenty of things which are really not nice about my body!

I hear you hayley

Same thing happen to me when I was pregnant with my Connor. My strech marks reach up to my belly button.. It's like having speed humps all over me. I wonder if there is anything out that that can help us..

:D

Thanks for all the lovely comments everyone. I just hope that I'm happy after I've lost the final 8.8kg. I wonder how much of a difference the last 8.8 will actually make?!? Somehow I just don't see it enabling me to fint into size 10's!!!

Wow, it's been a long time since I posted into this topic, but it's so good to be back.

I've moved to a coastal town, 8.5 hrs north of Perth, have purchased a business with my husband and work there all the time. When I started my weightloss journey last year, I weighed 93kg. I got down to 72kg in April this year but have since put on weight through bad food choices and lack of exercise, and last week when I started on the Tony Ferguson plan again, I weighed 82.1kg - I'd put on 10.1kg!

Oh well, I'm motivated again and will reach my goal of 68kg. I started back on the Tony Ferguson plan since last Saturday and have been going really well. For some reason, I'm not even craving the sugary foods and bread that I was consuming so much of. I'm feeling positive and happy about my lifestyle change and can't wait to shed the rest of this unwanted blubber.

Thanks for your support and comments throughout my journey - it really does help one stay on track and keep striving to reach your goal.

Oh and I decided to start my weightloss ticker from Saturday's weight of 82.1kg rather than my overall starting weight last year of 93kg.
