Hello again. I'm back. The funeral was on Wednesday, a BIG catholic affair. The kids took part which was good. Have been feeling a bit numb but that will soon go, i know. Mum died 3 years ago come January so i know just how i'll feel. DH is faring ok, his temper a bit short though!!!
My weigh in was yesterday, but i didn't do it. Couldn't bring myself to go in there as i know i've been rotten with my eating. Will go out a walk today, my first in a week and start taking my eating more seriously, i promise. Thanks for your support guys, its really a great boost.

See ya later

Hey fiona . Dont worry to much about weigh in mate . Just helping your loved ones out is enough on your plate mate . There will be plenty of time to jump back on the horse
Cheers Jues

Well, its wednesday today, tomorrow is the dreaded weigh-in.
I didn't go last week, too much on my plate (figuratively and physically  )
I'm sure i've gained back some, but you know what, i know i can fix it!!!! my attitude is positive again and I WILL LOSE THAT EXTRA IN NO TIME FLAT.
Have been walking a lot and even a bit of jogging. Not too much of the latter though, as my chin gets awfully bruised
Thanks heaps for your lovely messages girls.
Wish me luck for tomorrow
