Okay, i weighed in yesterday and had gained .1, not much considering how bad i was, but a gain nonetheless.
I have considered going back on the TF diet full time but finding the ready cash is hard going. i might just have to start watching more closely what my mouth is doing (sometimes it does things without me knowing  )
Still walking whenever i can helps, and the nights are so nice nowadays. Everybody is doing great guns with their weight loss, i'm soooooo proud of you all.
See ya

Keep at it Fiona and you will be fine. Not such a bad gain at all so don't let it get you down.

Good day today, had a great walk for a whole hour with a friend. Our mouths got just as much exercise as our legs :!: Will see if i can walk every day this week!!!!!!Because it felt really great getting that exercise.
My next weigh in is Thursday and hopefully i'll have lost that .1 and more.
Trying chromium tablets at the moment, good for sugar cravings i've heard..... they haven't started working yet i don't think
Oh well, if only will power came in tablet form we'd be right wouldn't we???

hello there again, its me with another ramble.
My walk yesterday got me all motivated again :D :D Went a walk at lunch time today and had an hour walk tonight.... woooo hooo!
I felt great. I wish i hadn't stopped walking for those couple of weeks, sigh,,, oh well. i'll endeavour to walk every day this week.
I wore my pedometer today and it tells me i walked 8.68 ks all up, not bad, not bad at all lol.
Elysia, my 11 year old, tried to make a sponge cake tonight, you know the one where you beat the eggs and sugar for ages, then fold in the flour......... i let her do it herself, as she will learn that way i hop  the cake didn't rise.... it looked very sad sitting in the bottom of the pan. I told her she could break it up for tomorrow nights desert and serve it with custard!!! yum yum.
Maybe a butter cake would work better, or maybe better still, a packet mix
See ya later
