Hi everybody. Went a Very very very big walk yesterday, through Lysterfield Lake Park, for 3 hours and 45 mins. It was tough yakka but i felt i needed it. Had some really bad news on Monday night, my best girlfriend's 19yr old son died during the night in his bed. He had epilepsy, but was excellent at taking his medication regularly and hadn't had a seizure for a month. His seizures were all small ones too.
She is absolutely devastated as she's a nurse, and if he'd had it before bed time she may have been able to save him.
Life sucks some times!!!!!!!

My weigh in is tomorrow, so maybe my ticker will start the downward move again.
See ya later

Hi guys, haven't had the time or energy to write lately.
The weather is so warm at night that i'm going my walk around 8.30pm. its really nice. My eating has been going ok, with a few bad times every now and again. i know how to be healthy and eat right, but sometimes my will power aint crash hot! my weigh in is on thursday so i'm hoping the scales will have moved down instead of up.
Went to a funeral today, it was sooooooooo emotional. All the family got up and either read a poem they had written or talked about 'Paul'. (My friend's son, he was only 19). thank goodness i had plenty of tissues with me.
Thanks for being there for me and answering my posts everyone, i soooo appreciate the support and encouragement i get here.

Ok, i'll see ya later.

Oh Fiona, *hugs*. Funerals are hard things to cope with and you take all the time you need to grieve and be a support to your friends family. I know how hard it is and my thoughts are with you all still.

We have been having some warm nights here to, but tonight there is a lovely breeze blowing, it is wonderful!!
