I'm new here, i'm from the Netherlands. ( 24 years old)
In 2009 my weight was 211 lbs, that's 96 KG ( 75 inch tall) , i wanted to change that and i chose for a new life style. I started to run every day and also good body workout. Of course i changed also my food, and after 1.5 year i had a totally different shape, and still working on it.
This is the very short story what i did the last two years, of course i can tell lots more about it. The fun part is, i made a video about this and put it on YouTube. Just to show you can lose weight even if you have a very chubby/ fat body. Just believe you can do it, and go for it !
