Weight this morning 78.1 kgs, think I might be losing weight too fast as this is over 1 kg for the week. Maybe just a bit of a weight loss spurt.
Food choices have been better although still not enough vegetables eaten. I have resorted to take away jacket potatoes on two occasions this week for my evening meal. Once with coleslaw and the other with beef curry - no sour cream though. Will spend this afternoon getting vegetables ready so that it will be easy to cook my evening meal this week. Will also be more careful with my lunch choices to increase the vegetables there also.
Exercise has been as usual with a walk every morning, except Friday when we had our first rest day for three weeks. Also had zumba one evening.
Have had a great week cleaning out my wardrobe of clothes which are now too big and finding clothes which have been too small that now fit. Hooray. New clothes to wear and haven't had to payout any money. I have also found my rib cage although I need to be laying down on my back and have gravity to assist.
Body measurements are getting smaller and in the past 3 months I have lost the following off
Bust - 4 cms
Waist - 7 cms
Hips - 7.5 cms
Upper Arms - 2.5 cms
Thighs - 4 cms
Calves - 1.5 cms
