ok, well i weighed in this morning and i currently weigh 70.4 kilos, which is a loss of .6 kg this week..
this is kinda dissappointing cos i've worked pretty hard this week, although i think my muscles have gotten a fair bit bigger so i may be in for a better loss next week!
I went to the gym yesterday afternoon and did about an hour of cardio, burning over 400 calories according to the equipment (which takes your weight as an input and is supposed to be pretty spot on) and then i did a bunch of weights, so i'm pretty happy with myself.. and i ate really well yesterday too.. at the gym i burnt off more than i ate for brekkie and lunch combined! so that's pretty good, and i'm not even sore today so i might try and go again this arvo if i have time.
i'm going on a date tonight so my goal for today is to not pig out at the restaurant and have vegies rather than chips as a side.. i've also limited my calorie intake for brekki and lunch so that dinner shouldn't blow my calorie allowance for the day..
