thanks guys.. yeah, i can't beleive how much extra food i've been eating for dinner! at least twice as much as i need of pasta or rice based meals.. seem to be doing okay with the meat and veg meals though, probably because i don't like them as much, lol.. :D

Great going there Ash keep up the good work.

Portion control is one of those key factors for weight loss I reckon so well done for recognising and changing your habits. It doesn't take long to realise you don't really need as much as you think.

ok, well i weighed in this morning and i currently weigh 70.4 kilos, which is a loss of .6 kg this week..

this is kinda dissappointing cos i've worked pretty hard this week, although i think my muscles have gotten a fair bit bigger so i may be in for a better loss next week!

:D I went to the gym yesterday afternoon and did about an hour of cardio, burning over 400 calories according to the equipment (which takes your weight as an input and is supposed to be pretty spot on) and then i did a bunch of weights, so i'm pretty happy with myself.. and i ate really well yesterday too.. at the gym i burnt off more than i ate for brekkie and lunch combined! so that's pretty good, and i'm not even sore today so i might try and go again this arvo if i have time.

:D i'm going on a date tonight so my goal for today is to not pig out at the restaurant and have vegies rather than chips as a side.. i've also limited my calorie intake for brekki and lunch so that dinner shouldn't blow my calorie allowance for the day..

i think that's all i have to say today.. have a good weekend everyone!

Oh Ash you're doing great. 600 grams is a good loss so try not to be disappointed.

Have a wonderful night tonight! :D

:D thanks guys!
i start my new job tommorrow so i went shopping to buy some new shirts to wear to work (all mine were either T-shirts or ones with a bit too much cleavage for work, lol!) and i actually got 2 size 12 shirts! woohoo! :D and 1 size 14, only because my darn boobs were too big for the 12 (i'm a 12 E, dammit)
i was so happy!
now i'm just trying to decide what i'm gonna eat at work before i go do the groceries. i wish bananas weren't so expensive! i might have to take some strawberries or something with me instead..
oh well, have a great day everyone

Hi ash

yay for the size 12! i have the same problem as i have DD cup breasts so some 12's i fit into on top. depends on the make. i did try on some clothes today at the shops and they were 12. they look small on the racks and then they fit. im thinking 'where has the rest of my body gone?' lol.

well done :)

Hi Ash, i had to laugh about the boob thing, i have the same problem being a 12f or g fitting!!! Size 12 is so fantastic though isn't it. They do look small on the rack, and i still find myself thinking "no way will THAT fit :!: And when it does i'm just sooooo chuffed. Well done on your loss girl, you doin great.
See ya
