OH dear I have the opposite problem...my boobs fit into a C cup now (when I can actually find an over-the-shoulder-boulder-holder that makes a C cup for big women!!) Most of the time I am stuck with a D cup that I don't fill unless I am bloating from TTOTM!! I keep telling my hubbie that I am going to end up with 2 sultanas on a pancake by the time I have lost all my weight!!! LOL. I have trouble with the bottom half....the thunder thighs and huge hips!!

Anyway...congratulations on the size 12 tops Ash, that is incredible!! Well done!

:D  :D thanks guys!
lol i never realized hpw many ppl have that problem with tops! good to know it's not just me

i've done my first 3 days of office work ever and i survived without eating too much or heading to the vending machines.. yay!

i don't get to walk around too much but i'm so busy all the time i probably burn heaps of energy just flitting around my office trying to find files, and going to the loos a billion times cos of all the water i drink, lol..

it looks like i'm going to have to do a bit of travelling for this job too, which will be interesting. i've spent the last 3 days calling WA. VIC and QLD trying to sort things out, but i'll probably have to speak to ppl in person at some point.

anywho, i won't be on here as much now since i can't go on at work, but i'll make sure i let u know how my weighin goes on friday

well, i weighed in on friday and i'm now down to 70.0 kg.. i only lost .4kg this week but i'm happy with that considering i did nearly no exercise and sat at a desk all day.

I'm gonna try and get to the gym after work a couple of times this week, or maybe do some sort of sport with mark. On friday we met up at the golf course after work and played a few holes b4 it got too dark and i felt heaps good afterwards.

I went out to dinner last night and got chicken shcnitzel with garlic sauce, chips and salad.. And i ate all of my salad and then only about a quarter of my chips just to fill me up. That has to be the first time i have ever not just eaten all the chips and ignored the lettuce, carrots and onion, lol.

I'm going to try and step up the exercise this week and hopefully get a better loss next friday. (i miss those 2 and 3kg losses!!)

hehe, i put up my very own chrissy tree for the first time last night.. mark and i had to rearrange the entire lounge/dining room to make it fit.. it was hard work but it looks really good! even though that is the only xmas decorations we have at this point..

hope everyone is having a great weekend!

hi ash

oh isnt it exciting put up your own xmas tree in your own house for the first time? it was our first time last year and heidi hadnt arrived- i was heavily pregnant though. but this year we put up the tree and she put the star on top so it was exciting :)

never mind about the 0.4kg loss. you are so close to the 60's now!~ i bet you are so stoked! well done on eating the salad with your dinner last night. every bit helps i think :)

keep up the great work mate :)
