hmm.. i havn't been on here for a while so i have lots of updates..
last week i tried really hard and drank about 3-4 L of water per day, and i went to the gym twice, and i also was fairly active at work ( yay! a break from the office..
) but i didn't lose any weight, so i'm still at 70kg..
This week i have been good again, with small portion sizes, very few snacks, fruit for lunch and lots of water..
I just went to my first ever body pump class and it was SO hard! but the most fun i've had since i stopped dancing, so i'm going to try and go every monday and wednesday after work.. i actually tried this monday but i didn't make it in time (i left work 10mins early today.. lol)
i'm hoping for a decent loss this week, although ttotm is here so it may not come til next week (sorry kate!)
anyways, work is going well and i did pretty good in my uni exams too. I got 2 high distinctions (85+), 2 distinctions (75-84) and a credit (65-74).
hope everyone is enjoying themselves as the silly season sets in!
