hey miss e i was wondering whether or not jillian actually does the workout too or whether she dictates to other people what the exercises are?

She does the workout too, she has a tem with her but it focusses mainly on her. She is great! usually i find those vids too cheesy but shes really good.


i hikied yesterday and im in agony. my legs and butt hurt sooooo much :( i know it means i worked hard, but i think i over did it, this is agony. even a hot bath didnt help..

ah thats good then. i like the workouts where they actually get in there and do it too.

yeah hiking hurts all right! i did it every day for 6 weeks straight in africa. you lose a lot of weight doing it though :)

yummy yummy, just had a delish low fat beef bourgignon on mash with steamed veg. bit late in the night, but i really didnt have a choice, coz of work and all. ill be up for a few hours anyway.

well im back! lost 2.4kg this week, so yaaaay! im the lightest ive been in 2.5 years!
little disappointed its not howing in clothes so much, for the most art im still wearing the same stuff i wore 15kg ago, allbeit they are comfy/baggy rather than tight...

Well done on the weightloss MissE that is a big one this week, you must be pleased. It's always good when you get to a point you haven't been at in a while, makes you feel like you are really getting somewhere.

i didnt go back to karate, i actually gt glandular fever which im just getting over now, hence me not being around or losing any weight, ive been concentrating on getting better. proud of myself for maintaining my loss while i ws sick though!
i might start back at karate soon, but right now im a bit strapped for cash...

Hey Miss E the same thing happened to me with clothes when i lost 15kgs, its a bit disheartening isnt it? But im sure the people around you must be really noticing it! Well done!
