Thanks Kate! Seriously, you guys are all so welcoming :D I'm a bit of a forum junkie and this is the most welcoming one I've been on! So easy to join in :D

I just got home from work and my boy has bought me some Smirnoff Twists!! He is so pleased with himself, the silly monkey, so I'm going to have a couple. I've barely eaten for 3 days so bugger it, LOL. there are only 3 left, so I cant do too much demage so long as i stay away from the 'tipsy munchies', of which we have none anyway LOL!
I want a good weight for tomorrow, end of the first week of the christmas challenge!

Morning!
Well my weigh in for the christmas challenge puts my 3kg down :D and .5kg up from yesterday :( BUT that would have been from not eating etc. even with drinkies last night I didnt go over my limits yesterday so I figure its just my body bouncing back and I fully expected that..... cant help but be a little mffed though. This is my biggest prob with weight loss, I KNOW I shouldnt weigh every day, I KNOW i wont get instant and constant results, yet thats what i expect!!

SO my daily challenge for the next 5 days? DONT WEIGH!

Thanks ladies! I appear to be fully healthy gain, but I need to get my eatiung up. 3 days of being sick and I'm still hardly eating and the sclaed havent budged! so today I'm going to stay within points, of course, but have a good eating day with solid meals.
The boy is cooking BBQ for his mate while they watch the cricket so I think some nice lean marinated steak, some wholemeal bread and salad is in order for lunch :D

That is difficult Elyn but if you stick with it he will eventually get the message not to get you anything unless you ask for it.

How did u go not eating those snacks? Hope it went well!
I've got my bf getting me different treats these days rather than chocoloate like he used to.. sometimes he gets me a punnet of strawberries or blueberries (i love berries, lol) or will bring home a boost juice smoothie (yum!) or, yesterday he got me some flowers, lol!

I didnt eat one of those snacks! I was so proud, i gave them all to the boys and they had them :D

Weigh in tomorrow, hope I do ok, I've had alot of alcohol the last 2-3 days so I know from sneaking on the scales this morning I havent done as well as I hoped. but theres no more booze in the fridge and I'm cruising now, so bring on the loss!!
