Well as you could say I have the relationship gut. Before I met my partner 2 years about I was a size 10/12 72 kgs 173 cms tall. How ever since then I have managed to stack on 14kgs. Through bad eating and alcohol. That word moderation is no longer in my vocabularly and I need it back along with the word self restraint which has also left the building. I am still fairly good with exercise I go to the gym 2-3 times a week and both times do over an hour of cardio, and do an hour of beach walking 2 days a week. I do push myself at the gym and for my size I am quite a good runner. My downfall is food and winesky.
I would like to loose 10kgs and to get back to a size 12. I enjoy my lifestyle and understand I cant maintain my size 10 as before because I do like my social life activities a little to much.
So here we go the 10 week 10 kg challenge
Starting from tomorrow 15 August through to 17 October.
