I think I'll use the stars as motivators too and perhaps give myself a gift every 10 or 15 stars.
I have just started dieting, eating the Lite N Easy plan for lunch and dinner. I really enjoy the lunches, the dinners aren't quite as enjoyable.
I have started walking each day. 15 minutes before work, 45 minutes at lunch time and 50 minutes of a night time. From now on I'll give myself a star each week I walk 10,000 steps a day.
I am excited as I have lost 1.5 kg. my current weight is 69kgs and I have a goal weight of 58kgs.
I hope to reach 58kgs by February 2013. More stars!!
I'm feeling healthier from the diet and walking already although I'm often hungry. But less so as the days pass by.
It's great to have a forum to discuss weight loss, diet, exercise and ups and downs of meeting my goals.
Looking forward to hearing from other stars who are dieting.
