Well done Bella you are doing great mate!! Don't let your little KFC binge get you down....I know how you feel around TTOTM and it is just not nice!! Put it behind you and keep moving forward...and you are right about the mud cake.....I think they have more fat and cals per slice than a KFC burger anyway (or pretty close to it).
