Right I need to get serious now. I have 10kg I would like to lose to get back to my 'happy weight'. I've never had a weight problem before - but I think since having a baby, my life has become more focused on being at home - instead of getting out and being active like I always used to.
I started Censored a while back so I could have some structure (and remember to eat). I found it really great and pretty easy to stick to, however of course I 'fell off th wagon' when I had a wedding interstate, so have put back on the 3+ kgs that I lost. I am naturally pretty muscular and reasonably toned (besides my belly after baby of course), so I will be focusing on the cardio side of things, but any weights I do will be a bonus, as I want to make this 'habit' first. What's the old saying it takes 21 days to make a habit? Well here goes...!
I will be doing a daily log in here to keep myself accountable and watch my progress. I'm happy for anyone to read along (and motivation is always welcome)!
My daily goals for my plan at the moment are:
*to do 5km per day on the treadmill (can be walking/jogging/running).
*to follow the Censored plan
Ultimate goal: 55kgs
First goal: 64kgs by 27th November 2011
Second goal: 62kgs by 11th December 2011
Third goal: 60kgs by Christmas Day 2011
Fourth goal: Maintain 60kgs until 4th January 2012
Fifth goal: 58kgs by 15th January 2012
Sixth goal: 56kgs by 29th January 2012
Seventh goal: 55kgs by 12th February 2012.
Final goal: Maintain 55kgs with healthy lifestyle
