DAY 8
Weighed in this morning and I have lost 2.8kg!! Very happy with that especially after having my second cheat meal and a beer last night.

Breakfast: One egg and bacon on toast with tomato
Snack: Cheesecake snack
Lunch: 2 slices of salami (seriously not even hungry at all)
Dinner: Poached chicken and salad (yummo)

I haven't felt very hungry today. Maybe because I'm still sick? Pumping in the multivitamins and avoiding taking cold and flu just yet.

Did my 5kms in 39mins today.

DAY 9

What a hectic day. Try looking after a nearly one year old who is into everything and painting my bedroom on a 32 degrees day!! I unfortunately didn't get my 5kms done but was totally wiped after 5 hours of painting! So I guess we can let it slide for one day.

Breakfast: 2 eggs and toast (Forgot it was supposed to be a protein only day)
Lunch: Poached chicken
Snack: Chicken
Dinner: BBQ Chicken

I know it was totally unimaginative but it was that much of a stressful day that I really didn't have time to worry about it. I ended up having not one but two coke zeros! Makes me realise that I definitely 'eat' or reward myself with bad things when I'm stressed! Anyways tomorrow is a new day. mUst also get to the fruit and veg shop today!

DAY 10

Another hectic day finishing the painting. Again didn't do my 5km walk but am seriously exhausted from painting so I still think it makes up for it.

Breakfast: 2 eggs on toast
Snack: Chicken
Lunch: Lamb and veges
Snack: Chicken
Dinner: Chicken carbonara with veges (no pasta)
Snack: Chicken

All in all a stressful day. I had a coke zero today as well which is disappointing but when you're painting the house and its nearly 40 degrees outside it feels like a good excuse :shock:

DAY 11
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and toast
Snack: Chicken
Lunch: Chicken Carbonara with pasta (cheat meal)
Snack: Chicken and slice cheese
Dinner: Chicken and veges

THink I need to catch up on some sleep, I have been really hit by this flu hard and am noticing it today as the painting has finished. Been moving furniture and having a bit of a clear out so have been pretty much non stop today. Again not done the 5kms - but will be back on the tready tomorrow once our carpets are in - yay!
