Oh I had a blow out today...

I got on the scales this morning (I know I know) and I saw that I'd lost 1.5kgs. (in five days). I nearly cried I was so excited...Then I starting thinking about it. Next thing you know I'm sitting there eating a frozen meat pie! I don't know what happened..I felt scared all of a sudden...Scared,that's the only way I can describe the feeling...

I won't let this get me down though..I skipped lunch to try to make up for the pie, and I'll do extra exercises tonight....I just still hope I keep losing weight....

Thanks Kate, now I've calmed down and really thought about what happened I think it's a fear of failing that made me freak out a little bit. I get scared of telling everyone how well I'm doing incase I put it back on again and dissapoint everyone.

But I've marked the loss on my ticker anyhow. I think I've worked bloody hard to get there and I deserve to show off the loss, no matter how small....lol...Well it sounds good anyhow!

Lol I had to laugh at myself today, you would have too should you have seen me! I bought myself the dvd "Hip Hop Cardio - Dance with Lisa" thinking, oh yeah...this should be fun!

Oh Lord I must have looked a sight, trying to dance with moves that would make Usher work up a sweat!! Mind you, we gave up after 5 mins...lol I think I'll just have to stick to Walk away the Pounds! lol

I didn't work out on the weekend. We were away for most of it. Although it's not showing as of yet. But I'm back into it tonight..so Hopefully I'll make up the damage!

My hubby and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary today! And instead of chocolates he bought me flowers...Such a sweetheart.

Well, the last couple of days I've hit a wall. Well, good and bad wall. I got offered a job, full time. Which of course it brilliant. But we kind of went out for a buffet celebration dinner lol.

Also, My hubby bought me some scales as one of my xmas present. They are one of those Glass Digital ones that you enter your stats and it measures body fat % and water hydration and all that. Turns out it thinks I'm a few Kilo's heavier than what the old fashion dial scales say...So According to these new ones I'm still 110. Which is a bummer...I guess I was bigger than I thought. I will weight myself on Friday (which is my weigh day) and start recording the new weight from there.

HI NENY
FIRSTLY CONGRATS ON THE NEW JOB THAT IS WONDERUFL NEWS! what sort of job is it? secondly that happens to quite a lot of people when they buy different scales. i think it happened to ally and when mandie started weighing in at the gym it was different to the weight she thought she was. dont be disheartened though. let it encourage you to get down even lower :)
