that's a great loss! remember you should be aiming for 0.5-1kg a week at most, so you are doing better than expected! good work :D

It's a pretty strict diet. But they pretty much provide everything but your fresh salads and fruits. So there's no planning ahead or things like that, which is good for me because I'm shocking for planning. This way, it's basically they say "eat it" and I do. I know I'm not sneaking in bad foods because there's no opportunity. They provide three meals and three snacks, so there's never a moment when you feel hungry.

It's not cheap, but it's working a treat, so in the long run I think it's worth the money. I use to spend more on lunches and snacks then what I do only weekly meal allowance. So in the end, I even think I'm saving money!

Well, haven't been here a while, as you can see by my ticker I've made progress!! Still working at it..Although I bought a pair of pants the other day and I went down two dress sizes!!

I was on cloud nine all afternoon
