YAY I picked up my x trainer today and its great Im really happy with it. I managed 2 sessions of 13mins until I piked out(damm asthma) Im planning of doing 20 min morning and night until I reach goal weight then I probably will drop to once per day, but lets get to goal weight before I worry bout that!
Agh my holiday is over Im back to work tomorrow
but at least its only for the week then I start my new job!!
