Ive not been on the board much lately, been busy with the school hols hanging out with the kiddos. Spend yesterday at the beach which was lovely, and have been to the movies a couple of times. Im only exercising a little bit although I steam cleaned my carpets, lounges and cars a couple of days ago and that was kinda like running a marathon!!
Its been bloody hard not to snack so Ive been eating alot of rice crackers lately, but my weights pretty stable so I must be doing something right ..................

I took the kids to this huge park yesterday and for a treat went to hungry jacks afterwards I had a spicy chicken bagete because it was meant to have less than 9gms of fat but eww I felt sick afterwards  I had a look at the salads and they looked kinda gross as well

I get that too Jody if I eat too much or even if I don't overeat but it is all fatty stuff. The bod doesn't handle it so well now. The bit that annoys me is if I am still full in the morning as breakfast is my favourite meal of the day.

well its been a while since Ive posted but the school hols have kept me busy, the girls are out for a play date and Ri is napping on the couch so Im having some comp time!!
Weight is still stable Im gonna have to up the exercise stuff to get those last few kgs of because I need to tone up BADLY now Im a comfy size 10-12 but still have a big jelly belly and my arms could do with some shape apart from sausage!! so Ive brought a cross trainer and Ill keep at the pump classes 1-2 week( I want to go more but between work & kids I have to exercise ealy morning or at night when kids in bed)

YAY I picked up my x trainer today and its great Im really happy with it. I managed 2 sessions of 13mins until I piked out(damm asthma) Im planning of doing 20 min morning and night until I reach goal weight then I probably will drop to once per day, but lets get to goal weight before I worry bout that!
Agh my holiday is over Im back to work tomorrow  but at least its only for the week then I start my new job!!

I start my new job today-ahh Im nervous!! but Im really looking forward to the change
Im going great with the x trainer Im doing about 20min a day its slowly geting easier, it used to be the longest 20min of my life and now Im hanging in there I usually do 10min on the trainer then do sit ups and lunges and the odd push up(Im soo bad at these!!)then do another 10min on the trainer its such a nice feeling to get the exercise over and done with in the morning beause it leaves in such a positive head space for the rest of the day.
Kids are back at school and my youngest started kindy this year its so sad having all my babies at school now!!
