Best of luck with your weightloss plans, I'm sure you'll do well if you just stay focused and committed. This board is a really lovely and supportive place, so keep us updated on how you're going. The best thing you can do is just to jump right in and involve yourself! I find that posting on here often provides me with a good distraction when I'm tempted to go and binge on 'naughty' things I shouldn't be eating. (Like the lindt chocolates in the fridge currently calling my name!)
