I have been having a horrible time on the scales... Today I weighed in at 96.7
The good news is that I can definitely see that my body shape is changing in a positive way.
I take all of my photos nakey
so I can't post them here, but I can definitely see the positive changes. I am curvier - not a fat blob, my hips are getting smaller and my back fat is shrinking!
I have started a light weights routine to start toning up as I lose, and I think that this might be what is giving me a hard time on the scales. I am now staying on track and aiming to get into smaller sized clothes
