Thanks RTF...

No I really don't have anyone for support....

Well I was pretty good today.... still ate some cake though

Roast beef cooked in the slow cooker and roast veg cooked with canola spray for dinner...

I have not been drinking much water lately either but have started drinking soda water instead.

Hi Vicki,

I am back, not going away again until near Anzac Day, boy it makes it hard when I am not at home.

I am looking forward to chatting with you again.

Keep up the good work.

Hi everyone,

I have sort of given up the past few days with Easter and everything...

Decided to just go with the flow and stop beating myself up for it - I will get back into it this week.

I really need to get a routine in place.

Hope everyone else is doing well and you all had a nice Easter! :D

Routine is so hard grr, what I plan one day does not happen the next, we just have to do the best we can. Sometimes we can push ourselves the other just get by. The main thing is not to give up and keep moving forward, even though there maybe some back steps in there.

Hello, i've been lurking around for some time in this forum and i am delighted with the success stories i read here on weight loss.. i decided to join here and maybe soon i could also share my weight loss success story too ;)

I can relate to you girls regarding sweet cravings :( they are really hard to resist. But now I'm trying my best to have a sugar free diet. I use natural sweeteners as replacement to sugar. I personally use this weight losing process and it actually works. I lose 10 pounds now.

Hi Keroppi and welcome :)

I'm really hoping to get rid of the sweet cravings so I dont substitute anything for sugar now.

As I say to anyone new offering me a cuppa who asks if I take sugar...fat folk rarely take sugar in their hot drinks cos that's usually the first thing that goes on the first diet! LOL

Substituting really doesn't teach us anything (not that I've learnt a lot over the years :( )
