I originally planned to lose 10 kilos, but today my doc said I should aim for another 4 kilos, so I have changed my ticker.
So my new aim is to lose 2 kilos by the end of February.
Another 2 by April
Another 4 kilos by mid August
The whole 14 kilos by November.
Pretty scary and a much harder ask than I first thought, but here I go.
