Weigh In: 103.3kg

Didn't have the best week, had fast food a couple of times. I still haven't done any exercise, I want but just can't get motivated. Maybe it's due to the change in weather and getting colder / darker quicker.

We have also changed from Lite n Easy for a break as the wife was starting to struggle with the same food. Now we have just gotten some weight watchers / lean cuisine dinners from coles. Lunch, we are going to have salad wraps while I still have my normal breakie and some fruit during the day for a snack.

I need someone on here to give me a kick up the ass LOL as I need to be 100 by the 11th May.

Hahaha

Good luck with your new start.

I hated exercising every other time I dieted but am really enjoying it this time.

Why?

1. Because I started in my friend's pool so didn't have all and sundry watching me.
2. I started in the summer and have started to see some muscle definition which is inciting me to keep going
3. I saw a friend had advertised her treadmill on fb and was able to get it which means I can do it at home

I have never realised before just how much being overweight has embarrassed me till i started writing about it on here.

I do hope you find some form of exercise that you can enjoy:)

Good luck making your goal.. My only advice is to find something you enjoy, have pictures up of what you want to achieve for motivation and really work towards it... It's stuff we all know but just need to find that little something that will make us work harder!
Small steps... AND... POOF! Weight gone :)

Ok I'm back, it's been a while a lot has been going on. Birthday, anniversary, study for exam as well as work being hectic. Been very slack, out drinking 3 times which ended up in BIG nights. Hopefully no more slip ups for a bit and I can get under 100kg
