Alrighty folks, day 7 today! Had a shocking week of dinners, but obviously made up for it with healthy lunches, actually having breakfast, and sessions on the treadmill and weights.

Week 1 = 1.2kg lost.

Expect the same or more next week!

you've done really well considering the dinners. That is a good healthy weight to lose. Good work - keep it going! :D

I broke the treadmill tonight.... damnit! Got my 4k's done though. Hopefully just popped a fuse. Was slowing down from a sprint, so was impacting quite hard.

Day 14, weighed in.

another 1.2kg loss! Wooo!

Nothing but coles salads for lunch, and 12km ran last week. Also, considered portions and trying to eat before 8pm. Gf gets home at 7pm, so sometimes it's hard.

Same again next week? Weather is finally warming up. Can't wait to get out on the street and sweat away on my run to those balmy evenings!

How's it going Gordz? I remember you posting from a few years ago

Hope the treadmill is OK. Weather is supposed to be good here in Melbourne this week anyway, I'm looking forward to running outside again too. Daylight savings is back in just over a month, that should make it easier

A treadmill? I'm impressed! I've only killed an exercise bike...and my current one is starting to make noises! They don't build them tough enough!

All power to us exercisers! 8)

2.5kg lost in the last fortnight, but 2kg of that was some pretty serious food poisoning in the first week. Man that was rough! Just weighed in for this week, and backed up the 2.0kg loss with another .5kg loss. Pretty happy that I managed negative figures after the 2kg. Now, beer. =)
