This has been a really bad week for me.
Started off last weekend when I spent most of the day out...morning tea then shopping. Went to the health food shop and got healthy things like chia seeds, quinoa, and oatmeal...didn't get home till about 4ish.
Sunday, morning tea (cappuccino only) then to a friend to help her with her computer till 5pm on to another friend to help her too...home at 615. No water all day, lots of coffee.
Mon-Wed in my normal routine but I'd made oatcakes on Monday night and ate the lot over these 3 evenings
Thursday not too bad
Friday, worked till 1.30 then spent the rest of the afternoon in a&e with another friend...no water 1 coffee. fish and chips to take home.
Looking at that I'm lucky I'm not back where I started!
I did have 3 tries at the quinoa.......
first plain, I didn't like
2nd cooked it up in fish stock, stir fried veggies in coconut oil then made it into a fried rice-type dish to have with fish....Lovely
Leftovers I had the next night ...heated them in a pan added 2 eggs and made up an omelette/fritatta-type thing making sure the outside was nice and crisp...that was the best of the 3:)
If yesterday's deferred appt's at home I'll go and see her, see my friend's OK, shopping
Tomorrow...housework, defrost the freezer
