feeling a bit down today.
i really want to lose the weight but at times just can't seem to make the right choices (i love food too much)

i also need to find a way of exercising.
i just don't seem to be able to fit it in as when i do have time i am either running after my kids or so tired from work or the kids that i just can't be bothered.

motivation where are you?

well even with all that went on today and how i feeling.
i had a muffin for b'fast
a roll for lunch
and 1 slice of pizza and 2 cruskits for tea
so all up not to bad. still no alcohol.
thats nearly 2 weeks now
and seeing i used to drink everynight and a lot everynight this is very good for me
i just wish the weight would fall off by just not drinking.

Sounds to me that your doing really well.

Your slip ups are minor and, having to run around after kids, really does help in the exercise stakes :)

thanks RTF
i have found that by putting this in here i have been more carefull with what i eat as i don't want to have to write down heaps of food and make myself look bad.
i am very happy with the results and know that if i keep it up i can be that weight i want.
i hope you are staying on track too

so now that i have time been very busy over the last couple of days
i think i have sorted out my b'fast and lunches
most days is a piece of toast muffin or fruit toast. and lunch is a sandwich. so i won't write it down unless i eat some thing different
its just tea that is letting me down
tues i had 3 pieces of pizza
and last night i had chicken and chips with seafood salad
and then a big bowl of narchos with sour cream
i also had too much wine last night (a bottle and a 1/2)
i woke up at 3am with another migrain so have decided that i am no longer going to drink.
i am feeling quiet ill today thanks to the migraine and the wine so thats it
today i have had the left over seafood salad for lunch
tonight won't be so good as it is my eldests 13th birthday today and we are having party food for tea.
little hot dogs, party pies, sausage rolls, nuggets, and chicken, bacon and leek pie.
but at least there will be no alcohol for me

wow things get hectic and a day turns in to a week and a week turns into 10 days
have put weight back on again.
not happy but not unexpected with what i have been eating.
the only plus is i have had the last 10 day alcohol free. with no plan to start drinking again. it has been a lot easier than i ever thought it would be
now just time to sort out the rest of my food issues and i might be able to lose weight again
got keep going but am making a comitment to my self to start writing everyday again
