When you are sick you need to keep your food intake up so don't worry about the calories this week.....get better and jump back on next week......health is #1 priority

ok i am back..
went of the rails a bit for a while but have decided that it is time to start again

i am still trying to get pregnant but have decided that for the next 2 months i am more important.

i am going to try and get to 80kg by christmas....
i am on the computer every day so it is time to be accountable again
i have a few new ppl in my life who are also trying to loose weight so i am going to set the example.

my husband is very over weight and we made a comittment 7 weeks ago to loose weight together.... he lost 4kg in the 6 weeks and i put on .2kg
not my best moment
so in support of him i am going to start again........

so our weigh ins are on thursdays ... my weight last thursday was 85.6kg
so from there i start

Welcome back.

It's great that you are doing this with your husband this time. The inbuilt support of each other will spur you both on.

Every attempt is not in vain. Each time you try, you learn something about yourself and brings you closer to victory.

I hope this is the one that goes all the way for you...to a better future!

but aleast i am still moving in the right direction .... going to gym 4 times a week so if i improve my diet i should get back on track quickly
