I'm posting because i've been reading other people's post's and they all seem very motivating!!
I don't know where to begin as i've never done anything like this... so bear with me
so anyway, I'm 20 at the moment, and i have a goal weight loss of 30kg, by november, My 21st. I want to be able to wear a pretty dress, maybe a bit skanky like all my gorgeous friends, but everyone knows you can't do that with a big figure, well not appropriately or comfortabley for that matter. Anyway's I joined the gym about a month ago, and did not loose one kilo? I was abit annoyed seeming as i was going for 45 - 1hr every day except Sunday. I was thinking maybe i had a thyroid problem so i went to the doctors for a blood test, only for the results to come back perfect, so i'm perfectly healthy, i'm just over weight..? So my doctor prescribed me Duromine 40mg, I've never tried anything like this and hopefully it works, well at $120 a month it better work haha
Well today's my second day, well the end of my second day so i decided to start tracking my loss, to keep myself motivated
I am 167cm tall and my current weight is: 98.9 Kgs :/ YUK ....
My goal weight by November is: 65 - 68kgs (that would put me on the casp of healthy BMI)
My BMI is a huge 35!!!
I really hope this helps me as i will continue to go to the gym 6 times a week and eat healthy, drinking lots of water is what i do best, so fingers crossed...
