Today has been a good day, I feel effing great
Only had a banana for breakfast, wasn't too hungry. Then done my work out:
Lifted leg crossovers-10 reps-2 sets
Alternate leg drops - 10 reps - 2 sets
Crunches - 10 reps- 2 sets
Press ups - 10 reps - 2 sets
tricep dips - 10 reps 2 sets (didn't work my triceps hard hard enough, feel my technique was off a bit)
25 minute jump rope session
Then I had a nice bowl of porridge for lunch and I'm now about to go out for a good hours walk at a good pace.
Will have some kind of lean meat and loads of greens for dinner. Going out tonight for a friends birthday though so I'll need to control myself, I tend to drink too much beer and whiskey when I go out, it will be strictly vodka and soda water tonight.
Feeling better and more energetic already.
