I think I burned so many calories with that walk yesterday because I walked pretty fast for 9.4 miles without really stopping. I also done a skipping/jump rope session yesterday and my legs are HEAVY! Don't think I'll be going on a 9 mile trek today.
I live right next to a river so it's pretty easy to walk these long distances, there are 4 bridges, walking round them 3 times is 9.47 miles, my aim tomorrow is do it 4 times. Again all of this is according to Nike+ fitness on my iPod Nano, I don't know exactly how accurate it is.
Today I shall be doing mostly upper body work with a jump rope session, plus a bit of yoga.
Breakfast - Porridge
Dinner - some kind of lean meat and veggies
Yesterday I tried on one of my old T shirts from years ago and it fitted, a few weeks ago it would have been tight on me but now it's fits like a glove
