
I'm currently 108kgs and would LOVE to be at my goal weight of 75kgs by my 22nd Birthday in October. I'm sick of wasting my twenties on junk food and huffing and puffing everywhere.
I read somewhere that being accountable was a huge motivator, the person who wrote the article posted her weight on her facebook every week but personally I don't want to bore my friends/seem like I'm bragging and I'd much rather they notice my progress without my help.
So, the aim is to post weekly weights and challenges and monthly measurements and photos.
Week One:
Weight: 108kgs
Goal: Eat under 1500cals a day.
Measurements: I can't find my tape :/ Will update later.
