I thought i would start a different progress page for my running! I am doing a couch to 5k running program and have just completed day 2.
DAY 1: is a 5min warm up followed by 6 intervals of running 1 min walking 90 secs. then 5 min cool down. I found this really easy and really good, i was definitely sweating but at no point did i feel like i was going to die haha.
DAY 2:this one is 5 min warm up then 8 intervals of 1 min run 90n sec walk intervals then 5 min cool down.
I didnt actually realise i had done 8 intervals instead of 6 until i looked at the app report afterwards. so i found this to still be well within my cardio ability and still quite comfortable, i am really hoping to build up with this app to run the 5ks. I want to do a fun run and then i will aim towards building up to 10ks hopefully.
