Day 9 of 31 May challange

Breakfast:
1/2 cup oats, water and ground cinnamon

Mid-morning:
Cookies n cream protein

Lunch:
Omelette - 2 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, 1 tbs cottage cheese, shallots, mushrooms, peri peri seasoning

Arvo:
protein/youghurt icecream (clean)

Dinner:
meatballs x 4 (small no pasta)

Exercise:
Step class plus 20mins level 7 crosstrainer

Weight:
72.3 (def in a plataeu grr!)

Bodyfat:

Musclemass:
-

Notes: so hard cooking yummy dinners for the rest of the family and having to cook a clean version for me! Going to go back to more FBW's over aerobic classes as i think thats what may be stalling my weightloss! still super motivated tho almost gave in to sushi today - craving that stuff like mad also craving a big fuk off big mac hahaha but no way in hell will i eat one!

Danielle - FBW = fatburner walk (better for fat loss then running!!) :)

Notes: New tattoo today, can pretend its a mini motivator cos will look heaps better when my back isnt so friggen fat! lol. god i still want a bigmac! yuk!!!

So glad you haven't reached for that Bigmac, because you know how you'll feel afterwards and just keep remembering that... New tat looks great by the way :)

+might just journal whenever but will weighin tuesdays still.

had sushi the other day and feel really guilty about it. have been so so so hungry today not sure whats going on (although am due for period in a week so maybe cos of that!) ate healthy today but just had a mini binge on stupid musil bars that didnt even taste good!!! really devo with myself but cant dwell on it, my bfs away again for about a week and a half. lol he annoyed me sooo much the other day like i said i was really hungry and he goes "have you always had a big appetite" wtf i have a normal apetite and im eating clean arrh its not exactly the most filling food!!!!! swear he is the one with the abnormal appetite he struggles to eat and its so annoying cos he has to bulk so basically eats bad food all the time while i sit there watching him thinking why the hell are you complaing...hell usually say "i wish i was you and only had to reduce my cals. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i crosstrainer'd it for 30mins today and did all my usual classes during the week.

may start having to have coffee during the day (without milk) to help curb my appetite,,,just not sure whats going on...better not be pregs!!!!

So been really fustrated - Im eating so clean and working out 5days a week (I sweat in aerobic classes and am always sore the following day after tbt) but the weight has pretty much been the same for about 3 weeks!! something is clearly going wrong THE only thing ive changed is i started to do more aerobic classes cos of the sweating/soreness. I found the FBW's were getting to easy....I guess I should just go back to the FBW and see if weightloss kicks in again... I know of course the aerobic classes arnt a waste cos i'm getting tonner but still I have at least 10kgs to lose before I work on Phase 2 for tonning/strength ..Phase 1 is to get this friggen FAT off my body! So there it is then ....FBW's for the rest of the month. Hate it though cos ppl at my gym will just think ive quit or something :(

Hey hope you enjoyed your Mother's Day and C spoiled you rotten!

Please, please, please don't give up on yourself! You are doing really well with the food, maybe just add in a few extra snacks, fruit perhaps. I also have some "double D" lollies on hand just for that sweet pick me up if I need it, always hits mid arvo but it's one sugar free lolly and you can't feel bad about that... Hmm other tricks, green tea, chewy, miso soup...

And sushi isn't so bad, it's better than a big mac that's for sure!

I've started the FBW's finally!!! Feels good for sure! Are you doing the Ashley thingo??? If you are maybe send her an email for some advice?

a drop of 1.3 for this week so back on track - must have been the dextrose or a normal palute.

YES have been doing ashy's plan it helped me lose the first 10kgs! shes so motivating - i buy different proteins and supplements tho only cos shes kinda sponsered by asn so ive noticed a change from her original protein recommendations to the asn owners own brand of evole..lol money makers :P protein is exy so I shop around. also i get bodyeffects insead of define8 - the kick is massive like serious wholy moly made the mistake of taking it lastnight before cross trainer errr was pretty much up half the night and still a lil buzzy!!

Hope your all going well- half way through may already i want to be in the sixties by the end of this month which will be a huge motivation for me!

o and ended up caving and going to TBT class haha couldnt resist it - my legs were shaking like a mofo!! ill just do crosstrainer tonight for 30mins to give me a lil boost.

Still on track even though havent been coming on here as often (usb stick credit runs out fast!) did have two lil binges but overall still good. havent weighed in cos i have my PERIODS yuk yuk yuk (hahah still getting use to them - been years cos of the merina but planning on a baby next year so want my body back into its natural cycle!)

Will weigh in next tuesday just incase i have gone slightly up - i dont want to demotivate myself whcih i know i will if i see an increase. Have to do what your comfy with!

Def still 100% on track! down to 68kgs so happy with that - heaps to go tho my average is 57..53 looks yuk on me.
