Please, please, please don't give up on yourself! You are doing really well with the food, maybe just add in a few extra snacks, fruit perhaps. I also have some "double D" lollies on hand just for that sweet pick me up if I need it, always hits mid arvo but it's one sugar free lolly and you can't feel bad about that... Hmm other tricks, green tea, chewy, miso soup...
And sushi isn't so bad, it's better than a big mac that's for sure!
