They were actually really nice :) I'm
Making more tonight, apparently they constitute a 50g snack.

Mini cheesecakes-
500g ricotta
Packet of diet jelly
Cup of boling water

Combine jelly and water, add to ricotta and blend.
Put in 10 patty pans and set in fridge for minimum 2 hours :)

Thanks for the recipe.. i have the weekend off so i will try this out then.

So am not real confident i'll make my goal this week. I am having trouble with the 30 minute walk at the moment. The last couple of days i have managed to get a walk in but am still not reaching my 10000 steps. I have my water intake up a bit which is good.

Guessing monday will tell. Weigh in day.. Either way guess we will soldier on and upward or downward it my case.

Well i figured it would happen. I've put on 600gms. I know exactly what i've done wrong though and plan to be better this week. I have already done my walk this morning (Yay me).. and am one bottle of water down.

I have been drinking skim cappacino's The ones from the supermarket you just add water and figure they are not helping. Either is the skinny cow ice cream. If i could stick to one but alas i can't so they will now have to be my free day treat from now on. I also eat to many sugarfree lollies. I buy a packet and seem to have to munch them until they are all gone. So this week i am not going to buy any... if i haven't got them i can't eat them hey.

Am feeling as though i have jinx myself. it happens to me all the time. as soon as someone mentions my weight loss i seem to put it on. I was maybe a bit to cocky.. Everyone telling me how much weight ive lost, weighing myself everyday. Getting great results... 10.5 kg and 38 cm lost in three weeks.. perhaps i got complacent.. well i still have achieved great results.. 9.9kg in a month.

I am disappointed in this week but i know where i went wrong. If i'm sitting here this time next week and still gaining then it will be a problem. I will have to get my daughter to measure me up in the morning.. running very late this morning so hopefully i'll have more loss in cm's to report and the week past won't be to bad after all.

I was checking myself out in the mirror last night and can see the shape of my chest and upper abdomen changing.. my face has got thinner and i may be imagining it but i could have sworn my chicken wings have less swing in them...lol

Oh well until tomorrow and the dreaded measure up....

Well got measured up this morning and re weighed for good measure.. (she is tough my daughter..lol) scales showed my weight as 132.8kg. My measurements and here the good bit say i've lost another 13.5 cm's.

so all up for the 4 weeks i've been on bt i have lost 10.1kg and 51.5cms... Biggest losses have been my waist 18cm, thighs 13.5 cms, hips 5.5cm. Funnily enough my clothes don't feel any smaller but i'm hoping by this time next month they will fall off me. To say i am excited and happy with my results is an understatement.

Hoping to achieve my little weekly goals of 1-2kgs, and get a walk in everyday. Another goal this week is not to step back on the scales until the morning of my free day which will be Monday. I have put the scales up on top of the shelf hoping this will deter me..

Ps.. skinny tried the mini cheesecakes. Made 1 lot up with ricotta and 1 with Cottage cheese. Cottage cheese was definitely my favourite.. Thanks again for the idea.

I've never really ate either before. Cottage cheese is nicer to me.. I can't really take to ricotta..lol.

Well it's monday again and that means weigh in.... This morning i weighed in at 131.5kg... i've lost another 1.3 kgs. Am a tad excited that hopefully this time next week i'll be under 130kg... then it'll be bring on 120kg etc... So i managed to achieve another mini goal. + i Drank 2-3lts of water and got a walk in everyday..

Hoping to lose another 1 to 2 kg's next week.. getting it done :)
