Well so far so good
Today I started my Lite n Easy.
For brekkie I had:
scrambled eggs with
3 small pieces of bacon and
a muffin. It was quite filling actually.
I had this with a cup of instant coffee.
For my mid morning snack I had peaches in a rasberry sauce which was also nice.
Lunch time I had:
an Asian coleslaw with 2 meatballs it was a small portion but I felt satisfied afterwards.
I followed this with a mandarin.
For my afternoon tea I had a piece of choclate cake which was great! Im happy I got to eat that on my first day
I had this witha cup of tea.
Then a bit later on I had these yummy corn chips with salsa so good!!
I have drank 1.8 litres of water so far.
Im feeling a little hungry but its all in my head as my tummy isnt growling and I feel satisfied. I think drinking all that water has really helped as well.
Now I just have to try my dinner not sure what I am having yet, I will update you later how it was.
Feeling good, feeling great! Happy with day 1 so far!!
